Warm when you walk in. Health Mate Sauna connects your infrared sauna to your phone, so you can start heating on the drive home and step straight into a session — no waiting on a cold cabin.

SETUP IN MINUTES
First-time setup happens right in the app: it discovers your sauna over Bluetooth, then walks you through connecting it to your home WiFi network. Once connected, the sauna stays online on its own and the app controls it from anywhere.
