I’ve used many trackers in the past and this is by far the most intuitive and complete approach in an app I’ve seen. It provides a holistic view of all the contributing factors to a healthy lifestyle and doesn’t burden you with a bunch of unnecessary areas to fill out.

I just began using this after a lot of frustration with apps like Trainerizie. I found the interface clean and intuitive and the option necessary rather than silly. Glad I found it.
