## What is Health Mirror?

Health Mirror turns a simple tongue image into a moment of reflection on your health and balance.

Using AI-assisted image analysis and a Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired framework, Health Mirror helps you explore visible patterns and reflect on how they may change over time.

Take a reading

Follow the guided capture experience to photograph the front of your tongue. Health Mirror analyzes the image and presents a clear, approachable reflection based on the patterns it observes.

Explore your reflection

Each reflection brings together observations, a balance index, and gentle context inspired by TCM concepts. The experience is designed to encourage awareness and curiosity—not to diagnose disease or replace professional care.

Follow your Journey

Save your reflections locally on your device and revisit them over time. Journey makes it easy to notice how your reflections change from one reading to the next.

Private by design

Your tongue image is processed for analysis without being intentionally retained by Health Mirror's server. Your Journey and profile information are stored on your device. Health Mirror does not use advertising or tracking technologies.

Everyone is welcome

The complete reflection experience is available without a paid membership. An optional Founding Membership supports Health Mirror and expands the experience around your reflections.

Health Mirror is intended for general wellness, education, and personal reflection. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
