The HPB app is very simple but has everything a banking app needs. I’ve never had any issues with the app at all, and I’m really glad I switched banks.

I was compelled to update my review because the latest update which overhauled the app has been a welcome change and a substantial improvement over the previous app! It is now an A grade bank app that is competitive with the major big banks. With a modern UI (I.e green coloured highlights for credits in the transactions lines,) and advanced features such as FaceID for login it is now a pleasant app to use. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that for a week or so the app was broken and wouldn’t open despite deleting & reinstalling it continued to not work but I believe they are working hard to restore it properly. However, on the apps actual merits it’s VERY good!

Not good Still trying to access my banking app now 5 days later, have phoned, been on hold, spoken to people a few times, they say good to go but the next time I try to access my account no go. Have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, it used to work fine so I am not new to this. Just fix it quickly it’s now 5 days and the maintenance is scheduled this weekend so that is not the reason. If there was a no star option I would use that

Old app was at least reliable.  I can’t get into this one. Spinning icon death loop or get an error message “Response correlation does not match Request”. No clue what that means especially as I don’t even get any login page.
One time I restarted my phone and it refreshes but not going to do that every time. 
Please allow us to revert or fully debug.  Banking apps are too mission critical to be this buggy.
