## What is Health Screener?

EHS Hero | BasicSafe's mobile health screening app creates a safer way to return to the office with online and mobile employee health screening capabilities. Easily collect, store, and report on employee vaccination statuses all in one central location.

The Health Screener tool is available as a standalone application or addon to any HR Hero® or EHS Hero® subscription!

With our Health Screener tool, you can:

1. Screen employees for illness using a series of questions provided by the CDC.
2. Store responses for each employee or contractor within the application for future access.
3. Capture and store the required documentation for vaccination and testing proposed in the new OSHA statute.
4. Create the required reports for employees, management, and OSHA inspectors validating the new mandate compliance.
