## What is Health Stats?

Your iPhone has collected years of health data. Health Stats turns it into charts you can actually read — trends, records and comparisons on one screen.

Health Stats is a viewer, not another logger. It reads what the Health app on your iPhone already has and does the part Health never did: shows you what it means.

SEE EVERYTHING, NOT JUST STEPS
• 97 metrics — heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, respiratory rate
• Weight, BMI, body fat, waist — charted over time
• Full nutrition, down to the micronutrient: protein, fiber, sugar, caffeine, water and every vitamin and mineral
• Walking and running form, cycling power, swimming, flights climbed, daylight, headphone volume

DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR
Switch the whole dashboard between four periods. Swipe back through history. Every chart redraws to match.

DEEPER THAN A LINE CHART
• Comparison — this period drawn over the one before it, so change is visible instead of remembered
• Distribution — lowest, median and highest at a glance
• Heat map — spot the gaps and the streaks
• Insights — written for you: records broken, "highest was 14,320 on 3 March", weekends running higher than weekdays, days with no data at all
• Sources — which watch, phone or app actually recorded each number
