### 3/5 — App

*2024-11-25, version 7.96*

App is very slow and not worth sitting for a long time trying to make changes.
Thought it would work better for my ADHD but it’s so slow you can’t use it on the go.

### 4/5 — great app but doesn’t work as well as it should

*2023-02-16, version 7.86*

loads of different features that make it easy and enjoyable to keep track of many aspects of how you’re doing. unfortunately it can be pretty slow or just stop working, and will crash if you try to use some features. i think it’s worth it despite all that, plus it’s not one of those sneaky apps that will let you download it for free and then make you pay to use it.

### 2/5 — Great idea. Needs improvement

*2022-10-12, version 7.80*

I love the design of this app. However, it’s difficult to use due to the lagging. The app moves SO slowly whenever I interact with any element on the page. I would love to use this app everyday, but the time delay takes too long when I want to just quickly add updates from the day.

### 4/5 — The app needs to get the bugs out.

*2022-09-28, version 7.80*

Overall it works well but needs to get some of the bugs out.

### 2/5 — Glitchy and slow

*2022-07-05*

Great concept but really glitchy and slow and frustrating especially entering/editing medications and finding actual brand is limited to US Brands only. Also to have time of dose not in 24hr time simply eg: 9am on home page. I think it would be helpful to have a tab on home page like the ‘daily mood’ tracker but specifically for medication where there’s quick access to update doses. Also a sleep tab there too eg: how much sleep, do you feel refreshed, nap, etc as that’s such a massive issue and would be great to track that on a chart alone.
Also a tab specifically for your calendar that shows appts and when you click on it it shows the time that day so you can easily see you won’t double book yourself ahead of time.
Such an awesome concept but just needs some tweaking in areas so it’s as simple and easy and running smooth as possible for people who already find life hard and that sort of thing hard to navigate/do. Great work though, will update rating as time goes on and you guys fix glitchiness and user friendly aspects. Found your app on ‘Living Well With Schizophrenia’

### 3/5 — Phantom forms

*2022-06-13, version 7.77*

Something is messed up such that I am reminded every day to complete a form that I have already completed. Clicking on that prompt brings me to a blank screen. It is almost good.

### 2/5 — Calendar

*2022-06-10, version 7.77*

I can add appointments, but can’t see the actual calendar for upcoming appointments. It worked only once and that was it.

### 2/5 — Useful but no way to contact support if not part of a study

*2022-04-05, version 7.75*

I tried to report a bug, and managed to navigate the website to their support page. But when I went to create a support ticket, it wouldn’t let me unless I chose the study I was part of.

### 2/5 — Keeps nagging for no good purpose

*2022-01-03, version 7.71*

Even after my study was completed, and all final payments made, the app keeps sending notifications to complete paperwork already completed. I shouldn’t have to turn off all notifications to avoid getting fake notices.

### 2/5 — Stopped to work

*2021-08-03, version 7.59*

:( was a good app but suddenly stopped to work now for 2 days I’m so upset.

### 3/5 — New update made it hard to use

*2021-06-11, version 7.56*

Changed the medication tracking and you are not able to sort the different widgets into an order that is helpful to you, have to scroll a long way to get to what you want.

### 3/5 — Great idea

*2021-03-15, version 7.53*

It is a great app to keep a lot of information in the same place. I’m not able to pull reports lately. This last part is not very positive.

### 3/5 — Good concept, no way to upload data

*2021-03-08, version 7.53*

I’ve been using the app for 2 weeks to track my symptoms for my doctor. However, the function to download report does not work. I did send an email to support, and am waiting for reply.
The app does lag at times, and I have inadvertently marked symptoms I don’t have due to this. All in all, good tracking app.

### 3/5 — Health storylines

*2021-02-20, version 7.51*

I take 11 pills in the morning! A 4 at night. I have them listed in a 9 am morning bucket and 9 pm night bucket. If I could click on the buckets rather than clicking on each pill in the bucket it would be great! Right now it is 27+ seconds per each pill click.

### 2/5 — Great idea, bad execution.

*2021-01-04, version 7.48*

The app, is a brilliant way for you and your provider to keep track your headaches and migraines but it misses the mark. The diary is entirely too basic to truly breakdown the specifics of migraine and there are no options to add notes.
I’m not a fan that the symptoms sections are so general and basic, it truly feels like a lite version of the fully functional product. ESPECIALLY, since it rarely works. I get migraines 4-6 times a month, I cannot put that in my diary because the diary doesn’t actually work most of the time unfortunately. Like I said, great idea, bad execution.

### 3/5 — Like it but bugs out

*2020-09-19, version 7.42*

Really like the app. It offers great tracking options. However seems to have a lot of bug issues. I’d track my meds enters taken next time I open it it’s not entered. An other functions going on. Really great idea just need to get rid of bugs.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Slow!

*2024-06-10, version 7.95*

This app is a bit buggy and crazy slow at times, feels like I’m on dial-up internet.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2022-10-04, version 7.80*

This app does not work. I took me to a screen that says to click next. But there is nothing to click on so it’s stuck.

### 1/5 — Spam-y

*2022-06-10, version 7.77*

Deleted this app over a year ago and despite unsubscribing from their mailing list multiple times I still continue to get emails from them. Very annoying.

### 1/5 — Don’t Even Bother

*2022-02-28, version 7.74*

Somehow this app doesn’t get checked by quality control team apparently.

I rarely use it since there’s so many bugs, and I wish the app was smarter with AI integration.

For example include a barcode scanner so that you can actually scan your medication and let the program match your prescription.

I just ended up deleting it.

### 1/5 — Cannot setup a new account

*2021-11-05, version 7.65*

Trying to setup a new account by entering my email and password but repeatedly get a Time Out message. I wanted to use this tool to help with anxiety and instead it’s making it worse!
Yuk!

### 1/5 — App Issues

*2021-09-16, version 7.63*

It was a good idea, until the app decided not to work any longer after I had input so much data! Now it just shows a white screen after launching the app. Tried closing and reopening, tried resetting, and nothing works.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2021-07-08, version 7.56*

It repeatedly removes information from profile, from the home page that takes a lot of painstakingly time to put in. It no longer recognizes my email and password, and will not allow me to set a new password. My asthma coach and I depended on this app and it constantly quits working. Both the Health Storylines app and the Storylines Asthma app have the same problems. Useless.

### 1/5 — App no longer works properly

*2021-06-06, version 7.56*

I have been using this app for years, but now it no longer works properly. I enter data into “Daily Vitals,” but it doesn’t save it. I choose the “sad face” from the mood selector, and then it gives me choices of happy words to choose from. It makes no sense. I have already tried deleting the app and reloading it. It just clearly no longer works. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — This app is really not that great..

*2020-12-16, version 7.48*

App keeps closing when I try to log my headaches. I’m about to delete this app and start logging my headaches on paper instead. Really disappointed.

### 1/5 — Time consuming

*2020-05-22, version 7.37*

It’s a time consuming, non user friendly, irritating app. There’s too much information to track with daily data entry. I found it very non friendly, couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to find the home screen to enter my daily symptoms and track information. It was an irritating app to use.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This is great app

*2023-08-22, version 7.93*

It does haeafewbugsbut it is great for keeping track of my medical systems and helps for the dr to see how everyday is. Thank everyone who has helped make this app possible

### 5/5 — This app is much needed

*2022-08-22, version 7.79*

I love this app in its entirety. If you suffer from Asthma/Allergies like me. Then this app is a must. This app’s features are extremely useful and helpful. If you have health conditions, then I highly recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Great medication tracking

*2022-05-06, version 7.76*

I’ve been looking for a good solution, and I love that this pops up in my home screen and I can just mark it done from there. Also love that I can snooze it. And that I can export it to show my dr!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2022-03-24, version 7.75*

Very easy to use and helpful for chronic conditions and high medication usage. Tracks multiple factors that can influence health. Great for asthmatics.

### 5/5 — Comprehensive and helpful!

*2018-12-03, version 7.27*

So far I’m really enjoying all the tools you can use! I love graphs and charts they really help me track my condition and help me see what’s making me better and what’s not. I love that there’s a fatigue tracker. My only complaint is I wish there was a more nuanced scale for mood tracking instead of just bad medium and good (so that it cuold old plotted on a visual chart in a more meaningful way). Overall I’m loving this and am very great full this exists. Bonus that it’s free, that’s good accessibility points in my book!

### 5/5 — Love what it has...miss what it doesn’t

*2018-02-23, version 7.23*

I love the tools this app has. It has more to offer than I could have dreamed and it fits my needs for POTS -minus one small thing. I would love to see a spot to store my emergency contact info, like doctor’s names and numbers and emergency contact names and numbers. Also, because I take some very rare medications not listed in the medication tracker, a fill-in option for medications not listed would be great, and an option for as needed medications. Otherwise, I will be recommending this app to other POTSies as a symptom tracker. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Life saver! ❤️

*2017-05-23, version 7.15*

I was so happy when I received this app. I was able to set reminders, know how my stool was and share this information with my physicians. I am now a cancer survivor, during my treatment this was a dream come true. This app is a great tool to have all your information in one place. I continue to use the app to this day. I send suggestion and hope to see the great things to come with this app.

### 5/5 — Sharing a tender moment. Thank you Health Storylines

*2017-02-21, version 7.15*

The use of this app has made my live easier. The benefits I've received are too numerous to state at this time -because I have something else to tell you. I'll come back to update my review so I can share them.
I'm here today to share my gratitude to the team of developers behind this app. As I was searching for some info I stored in my phone, I found something I wrote in a widget of this app. Without the opportunity of having the app, I may never have written about this treasured time in my life. I just now found & read it. I had to tell someone who may appreciate and have an interest in this tool.
The joyful moment I wrote about was that of my granddaughter and me. You see it's so special , tender, yet aching because she left/ died a few months back. I now have it in print. If I had not written it, I'd still be say "Sunshine, remember ......? NANA, HOW Can I forget? You are always reminding me".😇😘
Yes, I'll be back to tell you the tremendous contributions Health Storylines has made to my life. For now I'll go wipe my tears of joy as I remember that day.

### 5/5 — Helps me follow my condition

*2016-08-10, version 7.4*

Great to be able to track and correlate medication, daily symptoms and other features.

### 4/5 — Big inner

*2026-05-06, version 7.99.4*

Just getting started but so far does a good job of helping me with my schizophrenia
