The Health Sync app needs a trigger in Shortcuts. Otherwise the date is never up-to-date when my shortcut runs. So my intended use will not work. Please add an action item in iPhone Shortcuts. Thanks Pricing is good. I think the data but not what I needed to be synced. ### 4/5 — Please add wrist temperature *2026-06-07* This app gets the job done and has been a reliable way to sync my health and fitness data between apps. Setup was straightforward and syncing works as expected. The one feature I would really like to see added is wrist temperature support. Many wearables now track wrist temperature, and having that metric available for syncing would make the app much more complete. The app frees info from garmin to view in Apple health and intervals.icu Perfect for users that use an Apple Watch for day to day and Garmin for workouts. ### 5/5 — Works well to get fuller sync with Garmin *2026-03-02, version 8.3.2* I use the app to sync my Garmin activities to Apple Health with gps tracks and full heart rate data, which the app does well. Certainly worth the money and I love that it is no subscription! ### 3/5 — Ok with current data, rubbish with historic *2026-02-05, version 8.2.7* Using it for garmin connect to Apple health and it’s a mixed bag. Syncing current data seems to work ok so long as you don’t use a VPN (Proton). If you do, the sync appears to work with no error messages or warnings but doesn’t actually copy any data! Historic data sync was a waste of time it took so long. I managed about 9 days of data overnight at best, often less. Syncs heart rate often. Seems to sync most if not all functions of my watch. I got a Fitbit, forgetting that apple and google hate each other, and immediately started having issues. I went through several sync apps and instantly got sick of the subscription nonsense and limited sync options until this one. Free trial for about a week and a one time purchase under $10, sold! I started using this thinking that I needed to manually sync for everything but then discovered that my heart rate was being synced every five minutes after getting a few notifications from an Apple exclusive app. Just in case I checked the battery drain and nothing to worry about there either. Set up was a little tedious but not too hard and I don’t really care as long as it works and I don’t have to do it again. Thanks for making it reasonably priced, it really highlights how overpriced many of these simple quality of life apps are. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2025-12-24* I use this app to sync the data from my Fitbit to the Apple Health app and I can confirm it works. It's also much less expensive than the other apps ($4 lifetime license). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Only syncs one week at a time *2026-08-21* I have several years of data I’d like to migrate from Google Fitbit to Apple health. I was hopeful this app would do it. However, I’m finding it keeps telling me I have not given Apple health permissions, even though I have and it will only sync one week at a time with a manual sync so I have to literally sit here and push buttons to sync one week of data at a time for several years of data. The historical data sync works automatically, you don't need to do this manually, you only need patience, because it takes time due to Apple restrictions with the frequency and duration of background processes. If the automatic sync is not working properly, you can submit a Health Sync problem report: open the Help Center menu in Health Sync and select the last option: Submit a problem report. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst *2026-07-13* Like how do I use this?  We know from some users that there are authorization issues. The authorization process is managed by Google, not by us. Please send a Health Sync problem report, maybe we can help solving the issue: open the Help Center menu in Health Sync and select the last option: Report another problem. ### 1/5 — Probably created with AI *2026-06-09* This is possibly the worst and most unreliable app I have ever used. Continuously looses sync with Garmin and ends up in endless loops when you try and deauthorize and authorize. Have to uninstall and clear associations on other portals. I paid for the app both on Samsung/Google and on Apple and it did not work. I submitted a request for help and they were not helpful and didn't not issue a refund when requested. This app was really easy to set up and synchronised the data from the scale via Google health to Apple health. It syncs weight, BMI, body fat and lean weight correctly. ### 5/5 — Google Health to Apple Health *2026-07-03, version 8.4.8* Bought a Google Fitbit Air. Didn’t want a watch. Nothing from Apple like it. I wanted to take the vitals from Google Heath to Apple Health. I do prefer it to Google Health. But they don’t integrate at all. Tried out the app free. Took me a couple days to learn that i don’t need to select the items and permissions each time. I just set the items i want to sync and then once or twice a day open the app and hit sync or it does it automatically as well. It works very well and I would recommend it if you’re in the same boat. I really appreciated the fair one time price for something that simply shares your vitals between Google and Apple. Thank you and well done!
