ずーっと使ってます。メトロノーム的な秒音が筋トレ回数をカウントするのにかなり役立ってます！インターバルも設定できて便利すぎます^_^
メニュー終わった後のトラちゃんの「頑張ったね金メダル」に癒されてます。

最近メニューを削除すると落ちます。
改善お願いできますか？

他のアプリを入れても全くやる気にならなかったのに、やり方も？から調べられるし、自分でやりたいのを選んで進められるからすごい良いです。なにより、虎と一緒に頑張ってる感じで苦にならないのが1番素晴らしいです。初めて続けられそうなアプリに出会えました。ありがとうございます。

自分がトレーニングしたい部分を選んで、組み合わせて、数種類のメニューを作れるのが良いですね。
設定もトレーニングもシンプルで、かわいいタイガーと一緒に頑張れそうです。
途中、休憩や水分補給のメッセージもあり、無理なく続けられそうです。
トレーニングの時間をリマインダーで知らせてくれたり、トレーニングの方法を検索できるのも良いですね。
トレーニング終了のメダルなど達成感もあり、おすすめです！

タイガーちゃんと一緒に運動出来るのが、励みになりますし、楽しくなってきて頑張れるのと、小刻みに休憩を入れれるので、水分補給も出来たり有り難いです。
今までたまにヨガのDVD見ながらやってたのですが、難しく初心者向けなはずなのに出来なくて困っていたところ、このアプリを見つけました。
運動というのはまず楽しく、続けられないと意味がないと思いますので、これは続けられて楽しいです！！

このアプリのお陰で毎日筋トレが習慣になりました。
もともと登録されている筋トレリストにやりたい運動がない場合、自分で手動入力できるのがいいですね。ただ自分で入力したのが保存されるとなおいいです^_^機能追加できませんかー？
