The best resources out there for physical and mental health. There’s so much good information and all the information comes with detailed courses on how to use it! That’s my favorite part of the app. So many things have a ton of material but you don’t know what to do with it. Not only do you have information in here that is hard to find, there are resources of how to impotent the implement the information into your life from the start. Highly recommend!
