HAIO even helped me understand what I can expect for costs for an upcoming appointment to ease some of the stress that goes along with managing health care. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — Lack of manual input *2026-08-25* There is no way to make manual entries. I would like to input an allergy that was not displayed. There is no option to do this. I asked HAIO to add an allergy, and it does not understand. I would like to add a medication that I am purchasing out of pocket from a different pharmacy, due to cheaper than getting through preferred pharmacy and high deductibles that I will never meet; option to add medications not billed to insurance does not seem to be an option. It also does not show flu shots I received as an employee during onsite flu shot clinics at work. Only way I can seem to submit feedback is through the app review. ### 3/5 — Good but too many things going on *2026-08-08* Overall app is good but it has too many places to navigate 1. would be better to give a tour or clear instructions on how to effectively navigate 2. Also it will be better to explain some terms as connections. When ot is finding connections how many years it is going back 3. I do not think it automatically added my family members 4. When I was trying to find care I could not search for basic eye exam or dental 5. As a user I had a question if this will replace all the other apps like CVS health , Aetna. It is better to have user have only one app as the front door instead of navigating through all the other apps 6.for some of the connections they are pretty old so hard to be able to sign in. I think users might give up on this step which might mean some crucial health records will be missing 7. By connections does it mean providers , older claims eventhough it is from other companies like say United , CIGNA ### 5/5 — Connected Records, Instant Insights *2026-08-31* Health100 has been incredibly useful. I connected my medical records and was able to view new lab results right away even better, Haio helped explain what the numbers meant and whether they were within a normal range. It makes managing my health so much easier because I can get so many things done quickly in one place, from refilling my prescriptions to checking my latest lab results. I recently even used the new Care Consult when I had a sinus infection. It was only $29, I filled out a quick questionnaire, and had a treatment plan in less than two hours. No waiting room, no trying to squeeze in an appointment. It was incredibly easy and convenient. Health100 has quickly become my go-to for managing my healthcare. They are often stressed and focused on what is happening in the moment. This makes it difficult to recall when they were diagnosed with diabetes or what stage of renal failure their last labs indicated. Also,not every intervention is successful for every patient. For chronically ill people, we often have tried so many therapies that we don’t recall all of them which sometimes results in repeating a medication that was not effective in the past due to our own unique chemistry!
