数年前からこのアプリの噂は聞いてましたが、実際に使用するのに時間がかかってしまい他のヘルスケアアプリとの同調タイミングに手間取ってかなりの時間ロスをして残念だったです。
昔の体調データ管理ツール利用時(10年以上経過)に欲しかった機能がようやく一般化して嬉しいです。
私の利用法はCGM血糖値測定データの二次的展開ですが、ほぼ自動的に同調して別次元のグラフとして提供、提示してもらえるのでかなり助かっております。
他にもオムロンのデータ展開(血圧計、体温計、体重計)ともGoogle fitとも連携できるので、総合的なパーソナルヘルスツールとして重宝しております。
シンクヘルスには今のところ大きな不満も有りませんが、このアプリで他に何が出来るのか、また具体的な使用法など体系的に把握できるように臨みます。

大変使いやすいアプリで重宝しています。
今までいろんなアプリを使ってきましたが、これが1番です。結果をダウンロードしたいのですが、プレミアムにしてからPDFのレポートしか出てこなくなりました。PDFのレポートも詳細がわかってありがたいのですが、日々Excelで管理していきたいので,
もともとできていたExcelのレポートはどうすれば出せるのでしょうか。PDFとExcelの選択をするところではちゃんとExcelにチェック入れてるのですが、どうしてもPDFのレポートが出てきてしまいます。
早急に回答いただきたいです。
