## What is HealthArc?

HealthArc (www.healtharc.io) is a medical software app used for remote patient monitoring and telemedicine. It’s an invite-only program offered through your health plan or health care provider. The application supports reading readings collected from connected Bluetooth and branded Cellular FDA devices, having secure chat and video conferencing capabilities with your Health Provider.

HealthArc is an emerging leader in the world of connected medical devices, chronic care and remote patient monitoring platform for an easy connect between patients and Healthcare Provider. You can speak with your physician from home and keep sharing your health information securely with daily reminders.

PATIENT CARE PLAN
Your care plan will be created by your physician that may include taking different measurements(e.g. take daily Blood Pressure or Glucose), personalized alerts for your vitals, or other instructions. The app will send notifications at frequency defined by your physician and you would be required to complete those “tasks” on your main app screen. Once you click on the pending task, you will be getting on-screen instructions to take your vital readings. It may take 60 seconds or less.

VITAL RESULTS
The vital info collected in the app will be made available for your Healthcare Provider. You can see your info on the Results tab.

REQUESTING APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to make appointment with your physician(office, phone or video), you can make request within the app. Physician will notify you and initiate the phone or Video call within the app.

MESSAGING YOUR PHYSICIAN OR NURSE
You will be able to exchange secured text with your health provider using your inbox.

CONNECTED DEVICES
Depending upon your provider, you may be asked to connect various health devices (Bluetooth or Cellular) from the reputed medical manufacturers.

### 1/5 — Update made it worse

*2026-06-15*

I didn’t see any reason to update the App. It was working fine before. Now I can’t even leave the Health Vitals page. It’s like it’s stuck on it. Nothing works.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Last month's update included major UI improvements, and while we identified a few issues affecting some users, we've since released another update that resolves them. We apologize for the inconvenience and the time it took to address these. Please update to the latest version and try again. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact us at support@healtharc.io, and we'll be happy to assist you promptly.

### 3/5 — Last update

*2026-06-13*

Not sure what you guys did on this last update, hopefully it was not intentional. If it was it needs to be reviewed. It’s like it was written for a tablet then jammed into a much smaller format. Information layered over other information. Not sure where to start to explain the issue.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with the app. Last month, we released a major app update with significant UI changes. Based on valuable user feedback, we identified and fixed a few display and layout issues, and we're happy to confirm that these have now been resolved in our latest update that was released last week. We apologize it took us some time to address them. Please update to the latest version, and if you experience any further issues, reach out to us at support@healtharc.io. We'd be happy to help.

### 3/5 — The date and time

*2026-06-12*

The date picker in the newly released version in June does not work.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. We identified an issue with the date and time picker in the June release and have since released an update that fixes it. Please update to the latest version. If you still experience any issues, contact us at support@healtharc.io and we'll be happy to assist.

### 1/5 — "HealthArc is an emerging leader"

*2025-03-17*

Not when it doesn't work!

I put in my invitation code and then my phone number.
It does not accept my phone number!

Not exactly what I would call "an emerging leader."

You jokers should really beta test your app before releasing it on the General public.

**Developer response:** Hi Chef Efraim, We appreciate your feedback. We aim for a smooth onboarding experience, and our customer support team is available to help with any app-related concerns. Feel free to contact us at support@healtharc.io or +1 201 992 5561 (Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST) for assistance—we're here to support you! – The HealthArc Team

### 3/5 — Seems buggy

*2025-02-18*

Just got two devices. Even when they both report successfully, the app does not always show the data. The daily results may show the latest readings, but the app still shows the BP and pulse as pending, even more than 30 minutes after uploading the data.

**Developer response:** Hi DaveK1117, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the trouble you experienced. The issue you mentioned has been resolved in recent app updates, thanks to valuable input from users like you. Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version. For any further help, feel free to reach out to us at support@healtharc.io. – The HealthArc Team

I’ve used the HelathArc app for my chronic conditions that can be easily monitored remotely and when required I can request to speak over the phone or by video with my doctor. Setup and app is very easy
