It occasionally forgets user info, which is annoying but can be dealt with, and it also sometimes locks in to a single child so I can’t perform a check on anyone else associated with my profile. Online support says to submit a ticket and has a link to a page of FAQ’s without a way to submit tickets. ### 1/5 — Working yesterday not working today *2020-09-23, version 1.0.60* The app was working perfectly on my iPhone yesterday and today it won't allow me to sign in. Tried resetting password- wouldn't recognize me as a user, deleted app and downloaded again-same issue. Had to use my desktop computer/website, worked fine, had to screenshot my result and email it to myself. Reset my password on my desktop, tried to resign in on iPhone app, same problem as before. When I type in my earlier info it claims it doesn’t recognize my info. This app is used with my job and it turns out the entire group of people at work is having the same issue. Sad. I actually enjoy keeping track of my health.
