I emailed them days ago and have heard nothing. Clearly everybody else is having the same problem. ### 1/5 — Too complicated *2019-09-04, version 2.0* Last year the old app worked fine. This new app doesn’t sync with devices that it is supposed to. Also it is so much more complicated to use. Please fix the bugs. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. *2019-09-01, version 2.0* Downloaded the new app and it won’t sync anymore, have to use the website. As with everyone else, if I try to request my username or password the app crashes. When I have clicked to perform a "Forgot Password" process, it crashes. I deleted the app & use the website. I thought it was me, but I changed my password multiple times and I am able to login through the computer. The app doesn’t accept my login information. And their customer service is impossible to get ahold of and doesn’t answer back for weeks until you get your employer involved. I use it quite a bit to view my progress on some workplace challenges, and it’s always fun to see where I am relative to my colleagues. It helps me to stay motivated to get those extra steps in! I appreciate how the main splash page readily shows my points total, because sometimes I just need to make sure that my points are updated. I also appreciate how I can scroll down and see the site options in simple bars, as opposed to clicking a partially-hidden drop down display that is sometimes unclear and/or confusing. ### 5/5 — CRD2009 *2019-07-25, version 2.0* Happy the new app is now available!
