When my employer started offering Healthee I was super excited to have a clear and accessible way to understand and use my health benefits. Those big blue spreadsheets are SO confusing to understand, and I never feel confident when I’m finding care. Healthee has made it so simple to find a doctor and schedule my appointments with in network providers. Healthee is a really powerful platform that helped me choose the best plan for me and my family. CHANGER. *2024-08-15* Choosing my healthcare, let alone using it efficiently has never been easy. When starting a new job, I was always hesitant to reach out to my HR with countless questions. Healthee has changed the healthcare space leveraging AI to optimize benefits election and cost transparency! I had no clue X-Rays or MRIs had different costs and already saved thousands that likely would have been out of pocket. I also saved a ton of time, energy, stress (and I assume money) through their easy to use Telehealth support. Using this app, honestly saved me so much headache and time. Choosing the right health plan is so important yet was always a challenge and a time I dreaded. Now the process is simple, easy and honestly I feel so much more informed and confident in knowing I’m making an educated choice. ### 5/5 — Easy to use/Very helpful *2024-05-06* Very simple to navigate. Made open enrollment much easier. Also, helped me understand and use my benefits in ways I hadn’t before. The telehealth option helped a ton when my 2 year old was sick so I didn’t need to take him into the doctors office to get a prescription. I’m a fan on this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst UI I’ve ever see *2026-01-12* Stop outsourcing to the lowest cost jerk you can find and spend some money on someone who knows what they’re doing. Can’t even log in. DOB is nearly impossible to enter. No indication of member number format. No clue what failed. Email verification never gets sent. Actually pathetic. ### 1/5 — Weak app *2025-04-01* App has login problems. Medical expenses don’t match what is actually expensed and medical is cards don’t display when they are supposed to. I don’t see the point in employers using this app. ### 1/5 — Won’t Open *2024-07-05* The app just will not open for me. Then when I attempted to book a telehealth appointment the pharmacy search doesn’t yield results and you can proceed without selecting a pharmacy from their nonexistent list. There’s no option to manually enter a pharmacy, so essentially booking an appointment was impossible. This app needs a lot more work to be halfway decent or helpful, but for now it’s kind of useless to me. ### 5/5 — Saved me a lot of money *2026-02-17* I’m new to health benefits, and I’m still figuring out what doctors are in network or out of network. And what my deductible even is. Healthee made everything so much easier, and explained everything along the way. Their cost transparency feature saved me a lot of money when I needed a CT scan last month. Without this app, I wouldn’t have known which imaging centers were overcharging for a simple scan. I also love Zoe, their AI thing. She’s everywhere in the app, it makes the experience so much easier. It’s like having ChatGPT, but feels a lot safer and more personalized since she knows all about my plans and networks.
