Cerner sucks ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2026-03-06, version 102.1.24* This app is not user friendly at all. First of all to even get to my info I have to sign in twice to get to current info. Otherwise I just get info from years ago. No documents seem to be available on it to submit to insurance. ### 1/5 — Can’t get into it *2026-02-28, version 102.1.24* I’ve used this about once a year for test results without issue, but now I can’t get in. It won’t accept my email. The only option it offers is changing my password, but it doesn’t accept my email address to send the password changed code. I tried setting up a new account and was informed that I couldn’t do that because I already had an account. I have an account that I cannot use. There’s no email listed so that I might possibly contact someone to fix this problem. It was nice while it lasted. I don’t know why Children Hospital of the kings daughters (CHKD) is using this! It’s so frustrating. Thank god Riverside Hospital uses MYCHART, which is super simple and I can easily see my ALL my children’s test results and communication with one log in !! It’s pretty useless if I can never find the new clinical note. Instead, they stick patients with this app which is down more often than it’s working. And when it is working it’s clunky and not intuitive. Clearly a low bidder for cheapskate medical offices. It’s so poorly designed that I am seriously considering changing physicians solely because this is the platform they chose to rely on. The messaging system is virtually unusable, the interface is disorganized, and even the login process is needlessly difficult. It is unacceptable that this app is being presented as a primary communication tool for patients. We’re already dealing with health concerns—adding the frustration of a dysfunctional app is beyond unreasonable. I have a right to my medical information as soon as it’s available ! This health care system is a joke ! You could have used a better patient portal! Years ago it was half decent , then you changed it with minimal info. Now you changed it again & now I have no access to MY information ! No wonder everyone’s traveling to places like Cleveland clinic or Pittsburgh to get help. Sick people having to travel so far to get help! & you can’t even give us a decent app! It shows how greedy & how you really don’t give a care about any of your patients ! Tech support says there’s nothing they can do on their end. App often stalls when trying to open. Absolutely a trash app forced on patients by administrators to don’t care about user experience. When it opens, it opens that you have to search doctors places, etc.. It does not open so that you can review information you can’t get rid of the search bar to look for doctors and places, etc… there’s no home to toggle so that you can search for test results next appointments send messages nothing like that. Most people are using Face ID each time I want to login to my chart. I have to type out everything. Tests and procedure information are posted very quickly. ### 4/5 — Notification mark won’t disappear *2024-11-11* Overall a decent patient portal that allows for easy communication between patient and provider, and delivers fast reports for labs, diagnostics and clinical visits. My one complaint is the Notification indicator will not clear. It perpetually show one notification when all have been read, addressed, etc. I would love to find a way to clear that. I’ve tried everything, numerous times. ### 4/5 — Appointment s *2024-04-17* I have more then one health service provider and would one calendar for all services to view at once without changing different location to view and not have any crossover appointments. Possible out of hospital appointments, the other medical providers I could inter those dates would be in red so the hospital staff can see if I have any dates that may interfere. ### 4/5 — Better than the reviews would indicate *2023-12-20* Just downloaded the app, and I can at least do and see everything that I can when logged into my Cerner portal via iPhone Safari. My Dr’s name popped up under messages, so no problem there. In short, I’m not seeing all of the problems that the other reviews are saying.
