## What is HealthFinder AI?

HealthFinder AI helps you answer one question before every meal: is this safe for me?

Take a photo of your food, or just describe it. HealthFinder reads it against your own profile — your glucose goals, your kidney markers, your medications, the foods you've told it you react to — and answers with a clear verdict: Safe, Caution, or Danger. Then it explains why, in plain language, and suggests what to swap.

IT LEARNS FROM YOUR BODY

If you wear a continuous glucose monitor, HealthFinder keeps your history on your device and does the arithmetic for you. For every meal you've logged it measures what actually happened: your level before eating, your peak, and where you landed at one hour and two. Not a prediction — a measurement.

When a meal had several foods, it ranks which one most likely drove the spike. Foods you eat often build up a track record of their own, so over time you stop guessing.

MEDICATIONS, HANDLED

One card answers "have I taken today's pills?" at a glance — no scrolling, no counting. Set real schedules: morning, evening, with meals, as needed. And because many people already photograph their pill organiser, a single photo can log an entire set at once, timed to when you actually took them.

An adherence calendar keeps your streak. If you choose, a family member can be told when an important dose is missed.

LAB RESULTS, READ FOR YOU

Upload a lab report as a PDF or a photo. HealthFinder reads your HbA1c, kidney markers and lipid panel into your profile, where they inform every answer it gives you afterwards.

ON YOUR WRIST

The Apple Watch app shows today at a glance — your summary, your sensor status, your meals and your medications — with one tap to mark a dose taken.

ALSO INSIDE

- Ask anything about a food and get an answer grounded in your own profile
- Put two foods side by side with an AI second opinion
- Fasting windows and one-meal-a-day tracking
- Import CGM readings from spreadsheets, or straight from Apple Health for sensors that have no export of their own
- Flag a sensor that reads high or low so your averages stay honest
- Dictate any field by voice, on device, in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
- Full app in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

Logging your meals is free. AI guidance comes with a free monthly allowance; Premium raises it.

HealthFinder AI provides general wellness and nutrition information. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the advice of your own doctor.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-08-06

HealthFinder now learns from your own glucose data. Your full CGM history is kept on your device, and every meal you've logged is measured automatically — including a "which food spiked you" breakdown.

Also new in this big update:
• Medications, handled — a one-glance "have I taken it?" card, real schedules, and one-photo logging for your whole evening set
• Upload a lab report as a PDF or photo and let HealthFinder read your kidney, lipid and HbA1c results in
• An Apple Watch app for your day at a glance, with one tap to mark a dose taken
• Compare two saved foods side by side, with an AI second opinion
• Review your confirmed one-meal days together, with contradictions kept out
• Pull CGM readings straight from Apple Health — for sensors that write there but offer no export of their own — and keep them arriving automatically
• Import CGM data from spreadsheets, sync Apple Health workouts, and flag a sensor that reads high so your averages stay honest

Plus dictation in every text field, faster photo logging, sharper Dark Mode, and a lot of polish throughout.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-04-09

Version 1.1.0 brings a broad post-launch refinement pass to HealthFinder AI. This update adds richer fasting and history tools, a more flexible dashboard summary, expanded Apple Health syncing, and better lab follow-up support. We also improved subscription and sign-in reliability, addressed review-related issues, and polished onboarding, recap, and profile experiences throughout the app.

### 1.0 — 2026-03-30

No release notes.
