### 2/5 — Doesn’t sync

*2026-08-17, version 12.14.2*

The app doesn’t sync with new data from Garmin connect or Strava. Old data from before HealthFit is installed, yes. New data? No. All advice followed, nothing worked to fix this bug.

### 4/5 — Title: Excellent App — Question About CTL (42-Day Average) Calculation

*2026-08-02, version 12.14.1*

First, I wanted to say thank you for building HealthFit. I’ve tried Apple Fitness, Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Strava, and several other fitness apps over the years, and HealthFit is easily my favorite. In my opinion, it’s better than anything Apple has produced for serious athletes.

What I appreciate most is that it presents training data in a way that’s actually useful. Metrics like CTL, ATL, TSB, aerobic decoupling, training load, and heart rate analysis are incredibly valuable and much easier to interpret than Apple’s own ecosystem.

I also really appreciate the export feature. I regularly export my workouts and analyze them with ChatGPT, which has essentially become my endurance coach. The combination of HealthFit’s detailed metrics and ChatGPT’s analysis has been fantastic for tracking my progress toward a half marathon and sprint triathlon.

I do have one question regarding CTL.

My understanding is that CTL is based on a 42-day exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) of training load, similar to the Performance Management Chart used in TrainingPeaks. Because it’s a rolling average with a 42-day time constant, I wouldn’t expect it to increase dramatically in a single day.

However, I noticed what appears to be my CTL increasing from 69 to 77 in one day, which doesn’t seem mathematically possible if CTL is indeed using a 42-day EWMA.

Could you please confirm:

* Is HealthFit’s CTL based on a 42-day exponentially weighted moving average?
* If so, could you share the exact calculation or formula you use?
* Is there any scenario where an apparent jump like 69 → 77 in a single day could occur (for example, a recalculation, data synchronization, or historical workout import)?

Based on the formula published on your website (CTL_today = TRIMP × λ + (1 − λ) × CTL_yesterday, with λ = 2/43), I wouldn’t expect CTL to increase from 69 to 77 from a single workout. Can you help me understand how HealthFit arrived at that value? Was the metric recalculated from historical data, or is there another factor involved?

I’m mainly trying to understand whether I’m misinterpreting the metric or whether something unusual happened with my data.

Thanks again for creating such an outstanding app. It’s become one of the few fitness apps I use every single day.

### 5/5 — MyWhoosh Support

*2026-07-11*

I came across this app last year and found it really useful. In that case I want to ask if you have plan to add MyWhoosh as an available data source?

### 5/5 — Amélioration

*2026-07-10*

Merci

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2026-07-05, version 12.11*

This app works great! Syncs all my activities to iCloud and Strava like a charm. Only thing it’s missing is a “sync all” button so I don’t have to scroll through my history checking if it missed anything :)

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2026-07-01, version 12.11*

Nothing else that I’ve used has this level of functionality, in a really polished app, and a great price. Ability to import Zwift ride data and then display everything, and sync it in Apple Health/Fitness is great. (I found direct Zwift to Fitness to lose lots of data)

### 5/5 — Very good App

*2026-06-30, version 12.10*

I was hesitated to download this app in the first place, but after purchased it, I found it is definitely worth of money for daily running and other workout.

### 3/5 — Lacking Garmin Integration

*2026-06-28, version 12.10*

The app looks great and love the local data only design. But unfortunately it doesn’t support Garmin Connect. I’d be happy to pay the yearly subscription to get that capability.

### 4/5 — There are still problems with the regional map of China.

*2026-06-20*

The map of China can now be displayed correctly after clicking on the details page, but only three incorrect trajectory segment points will be displayed in the motion preview screen. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible.

**Developer response:** Hello, I asked you for more information, but I haven’t received any follow-up. So far, you are the only person who has reported this issue. Thanks

### 5/5 — The best health app

*2026-06-18, version 12.10*

The best health app hands down

### 5/5 — Excellent support

*2026-06-17, version 12.10*

Within hours of submitting a report, it was being worked on and is now successfully resolved. I can’t offer a higher recommendation for this super useful app and the support it receives

### 5/5 — Lovely . Beats garmin

*2026-06-17*

Pls add daily steps widget

### 4/5 — Almost Perfect

*2026-06-09, version 12.9.2*

This app is my go-to for analyzing my workouts. However, it is missing one very important feature and that is the ability to CROP a workout. Sometimes I forget to stop my workout after a ride or run and there is no way to edit out the non-workout portion. Strava has this feature and it is the one big thing missing from this otherwise awesome app!

### 5/5 — Must-Have-Add-On für Apple Health

*2026-06-06*

Top! Danke! Weiter so!

### 5/5 — Best fitness app

*2026-05-30, version 12.9.1*

Ha great functionality that other fitness apps have but doesn’t require premium or subscription charges.
Buy once, get MEANINGFUL updates continuously. The devs are always adding new stuff.

### 5/5 — A friendly request

*2026-05-29, version 12.9.1*

I have been using this app for a month now and I absolutely love it. This app gives you detailed information about your workouts and offers convenient connectivities with many other workout platforms. So far there is one issue that bothers me. I currently live in China, the Chinese government requires all domestic mapping services to use a coordinate system called GCJ-02, which differs from WGS-84. This results in a fixed offset of workout routes displayed in the app. I wonder if you could look into it and come up with a transformation of the two coordinate systems, so that I can see my workout route clean and neat. Much appreciated.

### 1/5 — Data constantly resets

*2026-06-21, version 12.10*

Completely pointless app when data constantly resets and deletes… happened on 3 separate occasions. First review I’ve written which should give some indication at how pointless this app is

### 1/5 — Apple Watch

*2026-01-14, version 12.7.6*

### 1/5 — Writes false data back to Health app

*2026-01-02, version 12.7.6*

This app not only shows wrong statistics, it also messed up Health app reports by writing back to it. This app should not write anything back, it has to request read only access. Such messy development practices should not be allowed.

### 1/5 — Misleading Privacy Claims and Undisclosed Data Sharing

*2025-12-17, version 12.7.6*

• The developer claims that user data is not shared with third parties without consent.
• In reality, it is obvious that user data is transmitted to an external LLM to generate the “AI Coach” commentary.
• This directly contradicts the developer’s stated privacy claims and demonstrates clear dishonesty.
• Given this lack of transparency, it is reasonable to question whether sensitive health data is being improperly shared, resold, or otherwise exploited.

### 1/5 — Anonymous

*2025-11-10, version 12.7.6*

Appears very similar to Apple Health. Buyer Beware.

### 1/5 — I got no value from this app

*2025-11-06, version 12.7.6*

I use Garmin devices, Garmin connect and Fitbod, which all communicate with Apple health. I would like Apple health to synchronize all of these, but Apple health Activity monitor and Move. Monitor are never the same. Based upon the reviews, I thought this app would help synchronize these workouts to give me more consistent numbers on Apple health on Apple activity monitor and move monitor.. They did not noticeably change the inconsistencies that I get on Apple health. I am deleting the app.

### 1/5 — Many flaws

*2025-09-24, version 12.7.2*

Doesn’t sync data with Garmin Connect. Workouts sync settings are blank.
Doesn’t show GPS data.

### 1/5 — Not friendly with Garmin Connect

*2025-09-20, version 12.7.1*

It cant sync with the connect data and I purchased it by mistake, displays on app is so basic view and not worth for the price.

### 1/5 — Does Not Work

*2025-08-20, version 12.6.3*

it does not connect to AppleHealth, waste of time and money. I thought it could upload my data from Huawei Health to Strava but it could not!

### 5/5 — Best app ever

*2026-08-02, version 12.14.1*

This app is so good, no competition on any other platform

### 5/5 — Great in depth tool

*2026-07-30, version 12.14.1*

I originally installed this to enable cycling powermeter data sync from Apple Fitness to Strava, which Apple Fitness did not support by default (but apparently does now). But the level of data and info on rides in this app is crazy! I’m very data driven and love this app so much. I’ve now paid for the annual subscription which doesn’t even give me any extra features I need, but I wanted to support the developer for a job well done.

The only request (which is likely not possible due to how Apple Fitness logs it - I log via an Apple Watch Ultra 3), but power meter balance would be great.

### 5/5 — Best app when it comes to raw data

*2026-07-24*

This beats even garmin when it comes to data

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2026-07-18, version 12.12*

I hear there’s a beta with activities being pulled from Intervals.icu back to Apple Health. I’d love this.

MyWhoosh ride -> MyWhoosh website -> download .fit -> HealthFit -> intervals.icu

That’s my current pathway and the manual fit file fetching is a drag

### 5/5 — An excellent app to help track fitness

*2026-07-17, version 12.12*

I’m a cyclist, I’ve found this app invaluable in helping track my fitness. I use it in addition to Strava and Training Peaks. It’s great for exporting Apple health data to those platforms (eg weight data from my Bluetooth scales, blood pressure measurements, sleep data, HRV and other such data captured by my watch which is otherwise invisible to those apps). While it can’t replace those platforms it’s a highly valuable supplement to them.

Also its ‘AI Coach’ feature is way better than Strava’s (which is generally laughable).

Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Amazing app, even better support

*2026-07-13, version 12.12*

I had an issue with training load no longer working after a recent release.

The developer was very responsive to my outreach and was able to resolve my issue.

For those who might also be experiencing this: IF you suddenly see no training load calcs, check that your resting heart rate is syncing correctly to your profile. Mine was not and this was the issue.

### 5/5 — Lovely . Beats garmin

*2026-07-13*

If possible, add something like body, Battery or stress and recovery score

**Developer response:** Hello! Thanks for the kind words.

A daily steps widget is on my to-do list, but it's not a high priority at the moment. There haven't been many requests for it, and my to-do list is already pretty full. Sorry about that, but I'll keep it in mind.

### 5/5 — Amazing Stats, FFF widget for the win !

*2026-07-12, version 12.12*

For those of you who love things like the Fitness freshness metrics, being able to track everything you do and really give you fitness insights without some silly per month sub I bet you this has everything and more.

### 5/5 — Great for deeper understanding

*2026-07-12, version 12.12*

As a mostly self-coaching moderately competitive runner, this is easily the best app out there for statistics and understanding how you’re doing running wise. I absolutely recommend to anyone willing to put in the time to understand their training in depth
