## What is Healthful app?

Race your green energy burned and red energy eaten every day. If green beats red, you lose weight. If red beats green, you gain weight.

Add a target weight to lose or gain in the Profile / Goal screen like … “lose 5kg over 16 weeks”

Your target to eat each day appears in the red circle. Eat to your target each day to lose or gain the weight you want.

Add food to move the red circle. Tracked exercise and manually added exercise moves the green circle. 

Walking & running is automatically added from Healthkit. Add any extra exercise you do if Healthkit can't track it automatically. 

A personal well-being life coach in your pocket. Get healthy, achieve your weight goals, and have fun with Healthful
