It asked me to take a quiz which was friendly and quick. But, as soon as I got into the app, it asked me to pay. As I read on Google, it was “free.” But it wasn’t free! Overall good app, but it’s a trick.. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for any confusion around pricing. HealthHQ does offer a 7-day free trial, and while we do ask for payment info to begin the trial, you’re not charged unless you decide to keep the subscription after the trial ends. I’ve always assumed my son was eating a mostly balanced diet, at least that’s what we aimed for. We all know our bodies feel like trash when we eat poorly, and the same is true for kids. healthHQ gave me a lot of insight into our eating habits over time and helped us make informed decisions on meal planning, etc. I’ve found the insight tool very useful. ### 5/5 — Love the app!!! *2024-11-19* Love the app! But I feel my experience warrants it. I reached out to support about the app crashing and received a prompt response with a short term resolution and a long term fix. I’m no longer having issues with the app crashing. I like it a lot and continue to keep using it. My only suggestions for further improvement is within the food tracker. Raw produce is very hard to locate. For example, if I search banana I get tons of banana and nut bars and processed foods. I had to create a “custom food” for 1 raw medium banana.
