It’s an extremely user-hostile pattern, particularly in situations where users cannot update the app quickly, or at times when they need it most. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t show past immunisations *2021-04-29* It’s not accurate at all. I went to polyclinic and their systems showed me the jabs I took every single year and this system showed I took nothing. So horrible and useless app. What a joke. ### 1/5 — Buggy! Buggy! *2021-03-26* This app is great if you can log in. Their link to SingPass does not work. Why HDB, CPF, IRAS, ICA work perfectly with SingPass but not the HealthHub app is beyond me! However, I feel that the application could be improved to provide good user experience. HPB could consider updating the user interface to match the different mobile platform, as well as implement 3D Touch for iPhone users. Also, it would be good if the application could be further simplified. I see a lot of room for improvement here to provide a product that would definitely enrich our daily lives. ### 2/5 — Teething problems? *2018-09-02, version 2.0.2* There doesn’t seem to be any way to get out of the calendar once you get into it to check your appointments. I’m now faced with the calendar page showing one of my appointments and there’s no way to go back to the home page or any other page. Even after I leave the app and go back in, that page remains.
