### 1/5 — their phlebo started a new type of fraud.

There is absolutely no way to talk to a representative.
If you have any query or complaint regarding the test, you are forced to deal with an AI bot that is completely useless and provides no actual help. Yet, if you simply open their app, they somehow manage to call you back instantly.
I booked a test that cost me around 3-4k₹.
Their phlebotomist, Binit Singh, came and suggested another test, which I agreed to. He asked me to pay an additional 700 for the suggested test. I specifically asked him that if this amount would be reflected in my final invoice, then I had no problem paying it.
However, when I received the final invoice, the amount shown was the same as what I had paid at the time of booking. The additional test that he suggested was listed on the invoice, but the extra 700 I paid was not accounted for anywhere. I did not receive any bill or receipt for that payment.
So where did that 700 go?
It looks like the money was simply taken directly by the phlebotomist, with no receipt, no proper billing, and no transparency whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service expecting a legitimate invoice and proper accounting of my payment.
If an employee is collecting additional money from customers outside the official billing process, that is a serious issue that needs to be investigated.
I want a proper explanation for where my 700 went and why I was not provided a receipt or an updated invoice for the amount I paid.

I have been using Healthians for the past few years, but now it has become extremely frustrating.

If you book a sample collection slot for 7:30 AM, the collection agent may not arrive until 10:30 AM. This happened to me today. When I spoke to the collection agent, he simply said he had too many bookings.

It seems that some collection agents prioritize saving fuel over honoring customers’ appointment times. Instead of following the scheduled slots, they collect samples from nearby locations first to avoid traveling back and forth. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to consider that many customers are fasting for blood tests or need to take important medications but cannot do so until their samples are collected.

When I called the collection agent, he even asked, “Is your booking for today? I can’t see it.” At the same time, customer support told me they had spoken to him and that he was on the way and would arrive within 10 minutes. However, the live tracking showed he was at least 45 minutes away from my location. This clearly shows there is a lack of transparency in the process.

I have always liked Healthians, but after today’s experience, I have decided to delete both the app and my account and switch to another provider. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its service quality.

I am writing this complaint to formally highlight the serious deficiency in service, misrepresentation, and lack of transparency by Healthians.
	1.	Sample collection was not done within the committed time, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
	2.	At the time of booking, the sales representative clearly committed that reports would be delivered within 6 hours.
	3.	Later, when I contacted customer care, I was informed that the minimum turnaround time is 32 hours, which is a complete contradiction of the sales commitment.
	4.	Different representatives provided conflicting information, clearly indicating lack of internal coordination and misleading communication.
	5.	The application status is inaccurate and does not reflect the real progress of the reports.

This constitutes:
	•	False assurance at the time of sale
	•	Deficiency in service
	•	Unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Due to this mismanagement, I faced mental stress, loss of time, and inconvenience, especially considering that medical reports are often time-sensitive.

I request:
	•	A written explanation for the false commitments
	•	Immediate resolution or refund, as applicable
	•	Assurance that such misleading practices will not be repeated

Failing which, I reserve the right to escalate this matter to:
	•	National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
	•	Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
	•	Appropriate digital grievance platforms

This complaint is being submitted in good faith and with the expectation of a prompt and responsible response.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the Healthians app has been frustrating enough that it feels necessary. The app looks promising, but almost everything about using it turned into a hassle.

First, the interface is confusing and cluttered. It takes far too long to navigate to basic features like booking a test or viewing past reports. Even simple actions require multiple taps, and the app freezes often, forcing me to restart it.

Second, the booking process is unreliable. The time slots shown in the app don’t seem to match actual availability. I selected a convenient slot, only to get a delayed confirmation and then a last-minute rescheduling notice. It completely defeated the purpose of booking in advance.

Third, the status updates are inconsistent. Sometimes the app shows “Sample Collected” even when no one has shown up. Other times it gets stuck on the loading screen when I’m trying to track the progress.

The most disappointing part is that reports take longer than promised, and the app doesn’t give any meaningful explanation or updates. I had to call customer service multiple times just to know what was happening.

Overall, the Healthians app feels unreliable and poorly maintained. I expected a smoother, more professional experience for something as important as health services. I really hope the developers fix these issues, but as of now, I cannot recommend it.

Not sure if you are selling our data, but as soon as I signed up I have been getting non stop calls from your so called representatives stating that they have special offers on all blood work packages that are better than what is in your app. No to mention the sales representative’s pitch has something to do with having personal discount vouchers that they are willing to give to their customers. The supposed catch is them saying to pay to the technician who comes to collect the blood. If you have an app where you have made it easier for a customer to sign up, book the available appointment and package and then have home service, why do you need to have representatives calling constantly on some special discount offer? You should offer the so called discount on your app is it not? I signed up today and within the span of 5 hours I have gotten over 20 calls from various numbers, all saying they are representing healthians. Because of this, I am no longer availing your services.
