Meet Healthie: the wellness platform that connects clients and providers for on-the-go care. Healthie provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant place for care to happen. Download the app today for a new kind of healthcare experience.

FOR CLIENTS:

When you work with a wellness provider that uses Healthie, you’ll receive an invitation to create a Healthie account. The email that you use to create this account will allow you to log into your client portal from the web, or the Healthie mobile app. Together, you and your provider will be able to share data, and work together in real-time.

While your provider will personalize your experience, here are some of the features that may be part of your care:

Journaling needs to be low friction to add value. What really frustrates me is when my last entry has posted to my journal, but is still cached when I go to make a new entry. I have to manually update the time when it should be automatic, delete the old picture before I can upload a new one, and redo my comment and hunger/healthiness selections. Additionally, when I do comment, clicking on the comment box prevents me from selecting other fields. I have to save, then go back and edit in order to complete all inputs. The bugginess of this app really needs some TLC.

This service feels like a scam. They require you to enter your payment information before you can even book an appointment, but when you need to cancel, they make it nearly impossible.

As soon as I found out I’d have to pay out of pocket, I tried to cancel. There is no cancel button in the app, no customer service phone number, and no way to contact the nutritionist directly because I can’t even access that information anymore. I emailed their support address over two weeks ago asking to cancel and have not received a single response. Not one human being has contacted me—not by email, phone, or through the app. The only communication I’ve received is an automated appointment reminder.

It’s unacceptable to make it this easy to book and this difficult to cancel! Especially when you’ve already collected someone’s payment information. Requiring a credit card while providing virtually no way to cancel or reach a real person is incredibly frustrating and, based on my experience, makes the entire service feel deceptive.

I would never use this service again and would strongly caution others before giving them their payment information.

The webpage is a total nightwear broken unreliable. Doesn’t tell you any information just once your money. And then once you load the app, none of the features actually work. Please try somewhere else.  Don’t fall for it.

I subscribed to the healthie calendar to be added on my 
iPhone and while it shows it’s added, none of the new appointments are showing up on my iOS calendar. I have to manually add or remove appointments which is so annoying to have a feature that doesn’t work. I missed an appointment thinking I can count on this app to connect to my calendar and notify me about my appointment but it apparently doesn’t add/remove appointments or notify me about anything. Please work on your app and calendar connectivity issues.

I have tried four times to reset password. I never get a password reset email. I have even emailed them directly. The issue is the reset only  lasts 15 min. If it’s sent well after i did the email i have no idea. So reset doesn’t work. Ridiculously complicated.

I’m participating in a weight loss study and have to use this app to track my food. IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I can’t create custom meals, or, if I save a meal from an existing one, I can’t access it for future meals. It’s always timing out when I’m trying to enter a meal, which means I lose my work half the time. It takes FOREVER to load anything, it’s doesn’t matter if I’m on wi-fi or 5G. If I quit this study, it will be because of this app. The food database is also limited, so expect to spend time constantly adding in custom food if you like to shop at Aldi or Trader Joe’s.
