When one of those does occur it’s an immediate dive into the deep end. HealthJoy did make this process easier. I have an HSA account, meaning it benefits me more to do a little investigation and pursue the best course and lower cost option. I can never log in due to the code that is supposed to be sent to either my phone or email. Neither is sent. Get rid of the code! All these multiple passwords and hoops just to log in is frustrating. I’m disgusted. If my doctor thought I needed this, then they would prescribe it to me. I didn’t like receiving one notice for it, but would have let it slide despite not receiving any other medication “recommendations” from this app. But to receive three in this context?! Makes me think HealthJoy is getting some great kickbacks from these companies. Doing that reduces time and stress on my side and links me with the care that I need. That is your one job. That is the key thing that promotes my health, which is the entire purpose of this enterprise - from employer, to employee, to doctor, to insurance. Without patient health being promoted, the whole business collapses. One job. You guys aren’t the doctors, you’re the coordinators. Unfulfilled, as you cannot show me what care is available with confirmed Network status. All care providers are unconfirmed in my area. If I can’t see my insurance info what use does this have over physical cards? ### 1/5 — Waste of Time *2025-09-16, version 2.308* To get a call for medical reason takes hours, compared to something like Doc on Demand. They don’t do prior auths if a medication requires it and they don’t change the medication if it’s not covered. You’d have to do a new visit all over again. Wasted three days and ended up in urgent care bc I couldn’t get my medication. It keeps sending me through an endless loop of sign-ins and adding my phone number and then some error message that doesn’t stay on the screen long enough to read it.
