It took them 6 days to figure out and put 3 escalation tickets with no resolutions. The customer care is a joke. They don’t provide any resolution but will create a hype that your request is a priority. Very false advertisement of this app and this company. Throughout this issue, I have received inconsistent updates, false delivery attempt claims, and repeated assurances that were not honored. The delivery executive claimed to have called me and attempted delivery, which was simply not true. Despite being a long-time HealthKart customer, I have been forced to spend my time repeatedly following up on an order that should have been delivered days ago. Instead of receiving a resolution, I have only received generic responses and shifting timelines. Your courier partner's operational issues are not the customer's responsibility.
