I wanted to order creatine but by mistake ordered Glutamine. First of all there is no return option in Healthkart like any other self respecting website be it Amozon or Flipkart. You have reach out to their customer serivice which I did. But for that I had to wait sometime ( I think waiting number was 18). Then I explained the problem. I got a message to give them some time to read my problem. I put phone aside for a minute as I am not an unemployed person waiting around on thein app. Literally after two minutes I opened chat again and saw they had requested a bunch of photos the product, the carton, barcode and a couple iother things. But there was another message under it just a minute before that due to inactivity from my side, the chat has been closed. Unbelievable.
