## What is HealthLogPal?

HealthLogPal is a simple personal wellness tracker that helps you monitor daily nutrition, exercise, and health activities.

Log food, exercise, and supplements throughout the day and instantly see totals for calories, carbohydrates, protein, and activity minutes.

The built-in calendar view allows you to quickly review past activity and identify days where logs were missed. HealthLogPal also includes a backup and restore feature so your personal data can be safely exported and restored when needed.

HealthLogPal is designed for private personal health tracking and does not share data with third parties.
