Poor customer service and I am not hearing back from the team at all. We have call them up for each and every update. No emails, no updates on the app and no callbacks as well. One of the poorest e-commerce sites I have ever seen. Very unprofessional to be precise. **Developer response:** Hi Basant! Apologies for the bad experience. Once you paid they never care about delivery. In terms of quality of medicine, absolutely good. Only one thing bothers me is it’s tracking system. **Developer response:** Hey there! Worst and scam apps don’t believe in this healthmug apps they will scam you ### 1/5 — Cheap meds but can’t trust with money *2025-11-12* Tried prepaid , delivery sometimes gets stuck and the customer care numbers don’t work. So it takes a long time to get a refund for undelivered items. COD is a bigger pain, they charge 50 rs extra and ask us to call the customer care number to confirm, note that the customer care number never works. For a company operating in the healthcare sector, this level of irresponsibility is shocking. The customer has no idea what happened. He says 15 days to out of delivery. Then even for refund the customer himself has to talk. There is a time limit of 10 to 15 days for refund also. wrest app. dont buy anything. ### 1/5 — Quality concern and No Support *2024-06-21* First time purchased the homeopathy medicine of BioForce Bioachemic medicine which doesn’t have taste but first time it tasted bitter I.e. since 6-8 years I have consumed this medicine and it never had a taste. On contacting HealthMug I was asked to contact manufacturer and no support from health mug!! So beware of such service levels. ### 1/5 — Fake app *2023-09-02* This is totally fake app don’t use it.
