Though understandable that docs might be working on queue as well in their brick and mortar job. Also, i hope user will only be charged once they were successfully completed or talked to a doctor. The window only tells you to “wait for your doctor” but it doesn’t even say estimated time or how many are on queue. It’s a waste of time. Waited for around 30-40mins during video consultation. The doctor came in but she cant hear me. I think its the apps problem. She said she will contact me then she contacted me after a while. I had some glitches (couldn’t access medical records and had to ask my physician to email the records to me instead), the video quality is good. The UI is user-friendly and inviting. But I wanted to use it for my Mac. The M1 chip literally JUST launched super recently and you made it a requirement in order to get the app on a Mac?? I placed the order at around 2pm received it in less than an hour and kudos for very systematic process. I received notifs regarding updates of my order. Lastly didn't expect the 10 free vit C. So thoughtful! I scheduled for a online consultation and you could choose the date and time as to wherever you are convenient. The rx given could also be used both softcopy and hardcopy. ### 1/5 — Unwieldy to use *2021-07-12, version 1.0.23* You have to tap the left arrow month by month just to be able to register your dependent’s birthday for Covid vaccination. So if your dependent is old, be prepared to waste a lot of time tapping that left arrow. It is confusing and not user-friendly. My pin no longer works for some reason. Every time I enter the correct pin or try to reset it, the application does not load properly. ### 1/5 — Buggy even for new accounts *2022-10-18, version 1.0.51* I can't even log in after making an account. It forces me to input my mobile number which I already linked to my Apple account then says account already exists when I try to log in! ### 1/5 — Bad coordination/implementation w/ doctors *2022-01-16, version 1.0.38* App itself is ok but implementation is bad. My wife used the consult now functionality and paid upfront per policy. She was made to wait overnight and up to the next day before a doctor answered. Answer given to her is consult a specialist even if she just needs a basic ear drop for her condition. Then they charged immediately for giving such a basic advice with no Rx. Just be wary of this shady setup on consult now feature. ### 1/5 — Waste of time and money *2022-01-14, version 1.0.38* I tried to used this app to have teleconsult. I already paid for the fees. Unfortunately, no doctor is available and didn’t even refunded the fees I paid. I thru gcash. I did email the tech supporrlt but they just give ticket number and until now no response from your team. What a waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — 😔 *2021-11-29, version 1.0.36* 0 customer service. Sent an email and messenger to them but they kept on saying that they will check on it. They should have a hotline. I had a few deliveries but when you need to contact them for a concern, it's frustrating. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2021-10-05, version 1.0.31* I've been emailing customer service for an urgent concern regarding a recent teleconsult I booked. They even generated an auto-reply indicating contact numbers for urgent concerns. However, no response was received both from my emails and the given contact numbers. One number given was also invalid. Their service is very crucial given the time that we have now, but they have very poor performance. App is also very difficult to navigate. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2021-09-23, version 1.0.30* I tried using their service and chose consult now since I need it urgently. Already paid a consultation fee. Waited for a doctor for almost two hours. No wait time provided. After that I gave up. I reach out to their email support to request refund since I am not assisted. Provided with a reply that someone will assist within 24 hrs but after a couple of days no response. I send email follow ups and left ignored. Also, their email provided a link that doesn't work which is nonsense. Just a waste of money and time. Very unreliable considering they are dealing with health. Not recommended to use ❌ ### 1/5 — Really?? *2021-09-07, version 1.0.28* No contact support. Urgent phones does not work. Paid and will keep you waiting for hours. My mom had extreme dizziness and no doctor came in to check. Got disconnected. no follow up no records and no refund. No one available you can talk to. All available phone numbers does not work. (SMS, Viber, Call, Whatsapp) Just like that. cha-ching! youve just lost a money. ### 1/5 — Consultation wait time *2021-09-05, version 1.0.28* 7:30am to 8:13am and no doctor came. Considering the doctor is preparing the call and I have a stable connection. This is so unprofessional of you, doctor whoever-I-hope-your-coffee-will-always-be-cold because you are certainly not worth a patient's time and so to speak, MONEY. Overall, update this cute app (sarcasm, in case not applied) and reconsider your set of doctors. Mild hypertension could've ended in searching for another doctor instead of this app wasting my time. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to see the new changes and notifs on the app. Please fix this!
