Which was never done, this is clearly a bug that causes inconvenience. In General the App is not very useful, for example - authorization - there are no information or details provided in requests, except for approved/rejected - no timings, no reasons, etc. ### 1/5 — Worst support ever and never use this network *2024-07-20, version 1.0.44* They just reject without reviewing the case, all reports was provided by the hospital by it was missed by the reviewer so i had to wait for more than 6 hours at the emergency, for just one day admission at the hospital I had to go through hell. Unprofessional team who doesn’t give any care about the patients. Ironically they are calling me asking how did you get the insurance online or via broker !!! Since first trimester up until my third, all my meds were rejected. They don’t state the reason for rejection. To think this is my second pregnancy and my previous one so far all the meds were approved. I don’t know what’s happening to this insurance company now.
