I don’t have a salesforce login but when I try to create one they never send an email for me to be able to finish setting up my account. They say that this insurance is accepted everywhere but many haven’t head of it and don’t take it. ### 1/5 — 0/5 stars *2026-07-15* Way way way way way too confusing ### 1/5 — Can’t find what I need *2026-06-16* Can’t use the provider search to see if my PCP is in network. Their link, takes me to another link, which then takes me to another link. All require a new username and password, but even after I registered on each page it still doesn’t recognize my username and password to login. Tried calling. They said to call back during business hours, but don’t provide the hours. ### 1/5 — Tried to reach someone about RX coverage, transferred twice, still no person; call was then dopped *2026-05-27* First person I connected with about Rx/pharmacy question sounded like they were outside with wind in background possibly working from home and had to get computer to look my member stuff up; took a few minutes and I think they were walking to computer. Then said they couldn’t help after looking up my member ID and me asking about Rx coverage question and said they would transfer me. Transferred me to a pharmacy line that had recording to call back but only gave number once and then call was dropped so I was unable to get call back number. Extremely frustrating customer service experience. ### 1/5 — Worst Ever *2026-05-09* Frustrating to get help, provider information, and access to my personal information. Even slower waiting for everything and anything needing approval before I can receive.
