HealthScores.ai is designed for collaboration. You can invite family members, caregivers, advisors, or healthcare providers into your Care Circle and control exactly what they can see or help manage. This makes it easier to coordinate care, stay accountable, and work toward shared goals.

Your data stays yours. HealthScores.ai uses your own Google Drive to securely store documents and records, so you remain in control at all times. There are no passwords to manage. You sign in securely using trusted identity providers like Google and Apple.

HealthScores.ai also supports emergency situations. You can generate an emergency medical QR code that provides critical information for first responders when it matters most, and you can update or revoke access at any time.
