I get a monthly call from a healthcare nurse for a monitoring service that Medicare pays for. Monitoring BP. I have had to force the app to collect data from Apple Health by disconnecting and connecting again apple health. The heathsnap app rarely automatically uploads the data from apple health. I can find no way to check the app’s version to make sure it is the latest. I went to the healthsnap website for app support but it is only focused on selling the monitoring service. However recently viewing statistics has resulted in broken graphic missing days; and today’s readings not mapping into the history. An update is clearly needed.
