Get ready for 3 month visits to get refills. And prepare to keep a sinus infection because you have to pay when the penicillin doesn’t work. Too expensive for what you get. And if you have outside lab work done be prepared for jumping through hoops for their doctor to see it at least in my case.

The app isn’t terrible until you have a tele-appt. My internet is very good and my provider was unintelligible. He ended up having to call me because the quality was terrible. The buffering and/or compression needs to be reworked. My Zoom calls with 50 participants on video work substantially better than this app.

Dr Kimberly Strickland was very detail oriented and efficient to target my wellness journey. I was so sick the first visit. She broke down the most needed care first, then followed up with an appointment targeting my healing. I thought I would be done with following up, but she reread her notes and my BP was high on my first appointment due to sickness. A third appointment was made to follow up on me taking my BP for two weeks to ensure it was within acceptable range. Very thorough and thoughtful Doctor.
