### 1/5 — HealthApp

*2018-10-04, version 3.18*

App not working properly on my iphone 8 +

### 1/5 — My Fitness Pal is better

*2018-09-23, version 3.18*

This app frequently crashes or times out doing basic things.

### 1/5 — Very temperamental

*2018-07-17, version 3.15*

One of the glitchiest apps I’ve ever tried to use. I regularly have trouble signing in and recording meals. Either the app will freeze or it’ll kick me out of logging.

### 1/5 — Horrible, don't waste your time.

*2016-09-04, version 2.2.1*

This app is not user friendly, takes forever to load. Crashes frequently. Food database is terrible, adding foods is not accurate. And if you have it linked to another app. Like Fitbit, it will take food from their database (if you log) and enter it three of four times, so your calories are doubled and tripled. This app really needs some serious overhaul.

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2016-03-29, version 2.2.0*

This app is horrible, doesn't even interact within itself, calories doesn't calculate correctly. This app needs a major update.

### 1/5 — No integration

*2016-02-10, version 2.2.0*

No integration with Apple Healthkit or MyFitnessPal.

### 2/5 — Making an Account

*2015-11-10, version 2.1.0*

You can't create an account. :(

### 1/5 — Won't let me log on

*2015-06-24, version 2.0.4*

Downloaded and then couldn't get it set up to open. I'd like to use the app but not a clue. Says it doesn't recognize my email. No way to register.
:(

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2024-08-22, version 3.93*

This app is horrible… it does not retain entries it crashes. My nutritionist uses this to track my daily weight loss progress , but this thing falls so often there’s no accuracy. I am going to request she use a different app

### 1/5 — Weight loss

*2023-04-12, version 3.82*

Whenever I input my weight loss it reverts back to my original weight. It doesn’t store my progress.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2022-11-24, version 3.82*

I am trying so hard to like this app but it’s just awful. Especially in comparison to MyFitnessPal or LoseIt. It constantly crashes, will not let me put any workout in, overall so buggy. Almost every time I put a meal in, the entire app crashes.

### 1/5 — Wish I could give negative stars

*2021-09-25, version 3.59*

This app is not user friendly! I can’t find where to add my own recipes so unless I’m eating prepackaged food with a scanner I can’t log my food. Also food journaling should not be the same as make a plan. This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used

### 1/5 — App crashes constantly

*2019-11-20, version 3.27*

I’ve used this app for two days and it crashes constantly. If it wasn’t connected to my health program, I would not use it. Please fix the bugs and get some kind of error monitoring solution.

### 1/5 — An App that is Quite non functional

*2019-08-30, version 3.20*

I am in a weight loss program where tracking is really a significant part of a successful outcome. It’s difficult enough to embark on a program like this but without the tools for tracking working consistently, it becomes an impediment to reaching your goals. There have been numerous “glitches”, at least once every couple of weeks with promises of fixes within a few days. When it works it is just the data that is needed for the staff to assist you in your weight loss goals. Now I’m having to resort to using my Fitbit tracking program which takes a little more time bc it doesn’t calculate total number of macros just the percentage, then I have to look at each entry to manually track my macro grams. Please deliver on your promises - this app needs major fixes to be functional!

### 1/5 — Sync

*2019-07-10, version 3.19*

Nothing from my ihealth on iPhone syncs with this app except steps.

### 1/5 — Ugh..slow and glitchy

*2018-11-18, version 3.19*

This App is so frustratingly slow. It crashes constantly and isn’t taking weight change updates. Please put some effort into correcting all the issues. The only reason I am using is because I am in a program monitored by my Doctor and this App is required.

### 1/5 — Not usable

*2018-11-18, version 3.19*

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 8 and it can take up to 15 minutes to enter one meal on my desktop, which is an iMac. I wouldn’t wish this app on my worst enemy
Clearly no performance testing was conducted

### 1/5 — Slow, crashes constantly

*2018-11-17, version 3.19*

This is a really irritating app for managing and tracking food intake. It is not intuitively designed, have slow load times for searches, and crashes constantly.
Logging food is a tedious process as-is, why does the app have to make it even more frustrating?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Doctors Best Weightloss

*2017-10-31, version 3.7*

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and it work hand in hand with a company I buy most of my diet food from. Having access to the food I normally eat is great because I can’t find a lot of this company’s food on other app like MyFitnessPal. The only downside was when I first got it that I was having trouble finding the button to add food but then after my face palm moment I realized how easy it was.

### 5/5 — Health Trac app

*2015-02-03, version 2.0.2*

Great app for tracking fitness goals. My fitbit works well and uploads my daily activity easily.

### 5/5 — Super simple

*2015-02-03, version 2.0.2*

This app couldn't be any more to the point. I'm loving it's simplicity. I use it religiously and it has helped in a tremendous way with my weight loss goals.

### 5/5 — Awesome!!

*2014-12-21, version 2.0*

Helps so much with well... Tracking my health!

### 4/5 — New update not working ?

*2018-05-11, version 3.10*

Can’t enter items and put on Day ?

### 3/5 — So So Update

*2016-10-03, version 3.0*

The most recent update streamlined the interface, enhanced the food database, and made it easier to add foods, and increased overall performance. The one negative is it doesn't allow you to track the time of day for any foods or activities. That's a major downside. I can't understand why they did that but it really takes away from the apps usefulness

### 2/5 — So basic in a world of great apps

*2022-07-29, version 3.78*

This app could be great but it is slow, sticks frequently, glitches such as wont save your color days, wont sync with other apps like it is supposed to and can’t even track water. Designers need to lose the attitude and upgrade to stay competitive.

### 2/5 — What’s up?

*2020-09-01, version 3.49*

Maybe it’s just me. It seems like every other day I am having to download the app because the one on my home page doesn’t work!!

### 2/5 — Pointless to sync other apps

*2019-07-22, version 3.19*

I got this app for work challenges, however it is pointless to link apple health because I still have to manually enter my steps. After like 5 min of messing on the app it finally updated only for that day. It would be great if it intergrades the information better. I should not have to sign in daily to get information to sync. Even then I cannot always get it to work!!!

### 2/5 — Slow and poor design

*2018-04-24, version 3.9*

I have used this for 1 day and tired of waiting for app to set values and respond to UI. Also the design is lacking user friendliness. I have also seen a bug where the certain foods do not calculate properly in meal plan.

Maybe pencil and paper are better?
