### 3/5 — Buggy App

*2026-07-08, version 2.2*

The app is potentially good but has a number of bugs which are obvious to me as a programmer.
The data series for multiple users doesn't bind the data to a specific user either statically or in real time. All app users bind to the same data set, which is not helpful. The app should detect device user changes in real time.
The app-defined users don't bind to the device users. This would be a possible medical issue if the wrong data series is sent to a doctor.
The PDF export is quite good but an option to export raw text/CSV data would be useful.
A status message in the export data chain is hard-coded in Chinese.
The export option UI is not obvious to novice users. UI design needs improving.
There appears to be no way to delete data series from the app as the button to do this is disabled. Perhaps use the "long press" to delete?
Overall not bad, but as with most of these apps insufficient QC/UAT has bern done on it, which is a shame.
Finish the user bindings, improve data deletion, fix the UI and add CSV export and the app will be pretty good.

### 4/5 — Muy interesante esta app

*2026-04-30, version 2.2*

En esta App puedes checar tu presión arterial y también ver el flujo sanguíneo funciona atravesando de Bluetooth es una buena opción para mantener se siempre controlado si se sufre de la precion arterial

### 2/5 — I LIKED IT, but …

*2025-05-22, version 2.0*

This new look is not good. The functions are not clear. I definitely liked the old display. Oh, well. Will try to find another oximeter.

### 4/5 — Good

*2025-03-20, version 1.4.2*

It’s nice. There’s a few settings that you can change. You can Only change settings for how High it will measure before settings and alarm Not how Low. That would be awesome to change so that it’s the same as other apps. If my O2 got lower the 50% I more then likely already know as I’ll be unconscious! This Lower Alarm settings should be at 90% or 89% with the ability to Only go as Low As 85%!! The Fact it doesn’t makes it useless!! The Only thing that saves it Is That there is an app for a finger reader as most don’t have that. Most you have to manually enter.

### 2/5 — App can’t find the device

*2025-01-13, version 1.4.2*

Used to work but stopped after changing device batteries. Elementary user interface.

### 3/5 — Exit

*2023-12-10, version 1.4.2*

Pourquoi l'application se ferme-t-elle lorsque l'on appuie sur EXPORTER...? confusion avec EXIT ?

### 3/5 — Works for what I need.

*2023-05-10, version 1.4.2*

Works to record oxygen and pulse rate. Pulse rate is pretty accurate when I measure it against my blood pressure monitor.
Would be nice if you could add a section for notes in the app. I was having a slight asthma attack and used this O2 meter after I took my rescue inhaler and of course my HR was way up. Just need a way to distinguish between regular use and after using medication for breathing/asthma.

### 4/5 — La Santé est mon capital

*2021-08-01, version 1.2.2*

Bonjour cette application me plait car elle est pratique

### 1/5 — Spent $to get BT oximeter

*2021-06-12, version 1.2.2*

Oximeter works well. App loads some data to Apple Health accurately and some is just noise. Make ANY graph or analysis inaccurate. App will display O2 levels only on first read. After that just 3 dots. On the background data it is registering only some of the resdings. Inaccurate data is worse than no data. Dont waste time with app

### 1/5 — terribly programmed

*2021-02-13, version 1.2.2*

can’t even use the app. the numbers do not record what the oximeter is displaying. the app keeps going when the oximeter isn’t even on my finger and no longer has the batteries in it. do not recommend.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not exporting or hooking to Bluetooth

*2026-07-12, version 2.2*

It doesn’t want to connect to Bluetooth correctly.
 Works when it wants.
It’s pretty annoying . Spent $100 on this and it barely works right . Junk !!!!
 Upgrade the app or something

### 1/5 — Does not show proper calendar 📆 date other wise it is ok

*2025-11-09, version 2.1*

As I said wrong calendar 📆 date

### 1/5 — Infringement of rights

*2025-10-31, version 2.1*

Apple need to look into the connectivity of this app and subsequent device that links to the phone …it’s opening a back door through Bluetooth .

### 1/5 — Terrible new app

*2025-06-10, version 2.0*

Your old app version was great and your new app is awful. No features that I used before. I’m tossing your devise and finding one that has a great app that actually works for how yours used to.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2024-06-16, version 1.4.2*

The app constantly gives false info on heart rate saying it’s 180s when it’s actually 58

### 1/5 — Crashes Attempting Export, Inadequate Reporting

*2022-08-09, version 1.4.1*

The Good: Device connects with app quickly and seamlessly

The Bad: Reporting/analysis is very simplistic. Can only analyze data a day at a time.

The Ugly: App flat out crashes when you tap ‘Export’

I wondered why the manufacturer made the app so difficult to find … now I know.

### 1/5 — Export Does Not Work

*2022-07-21, version 1.4.1*

I bought this pulse ox because it had the free app. I have no problem connecting to the device; however, all of the data does not transfer to the app AND, when I try to export data the app just closes. I tried to report a problem; however, when, you select the option to report a problem, it just says the app was free so you are not eligible for a refund??? I didn’t want a refund, I wanted to report a problem. Don’t buy the device if you are wanting it for the app.

### 1/5 — Few silly problems

*2022-03-22, version 1.4*

Installed app on 3 diff Apple devices, and all 3 show white font on white background on alarm and history icons, at top of home page. It’s great if you want to keep these options a secret.

The calendar on history page is off, as well as the time. And there does not appear a way to set to current date (unless the setting option is hidden with black font on black background).
However, the recording has the correct date and time stamp. Go figure!

### 1/5 — App or device don’t work

*2021-11-08, version 1.3*

This app or the Oximeter are not compatible and haven’t improved. Wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known how poorly it worked together.

### 1/5 — App not functional - customer service non existent

*2021-11-02, version 1.3*

Bought the oximeter specifically because it had an app. Device itself is the pretty much the same as any other and gave accurate readings. App did not work for any phone we tried to use it with. Tried to reach out to customer service. Months have gone by with no reply. App is apparently worthless and customer service was non existent. Stay away from this company and this device.

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-04-28, version 2.2*

Love this app! So helpful.

### 5/5 — Comprehensive & Positive

*2026-04-27, version 2.2*

This app works great for daily blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I really appreciate being able to view data in both graph and list modes, and the alarm feature for setting SpO2 and heart rate limits is very practical. Syncing with Apple Health and exporting data to share with my doctor are fantastic features. The 2.2 update fixed previous issues and improved performance significantly. Good job!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-03-26, version 1.4.2*

The app caught my AFIB in time to get help.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2024-09-21, version 1.4.2*

Bluetooth feature works on iPhone 15. This device is as accurate as some others. It gives me a HR graph on the iPhone and it saves the history for future reference.

### 5/5 — Help

*2024-03-08, version 1.4.2*

My sister and I care for our father. She was able to connect the device to her android phone. I have iPhone 11 and it’s not finding the device. Any tips to fix this issue. I’ll leave a 5 start because I love the way it works on my sisters device but I need to get it on mines to. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Professional review

*2022-09-21, version 1.4.1*

I originally bought another Oximeter for my wife several years ago, and started to use it for myself, but lacked waveform. Therefore, I was never sure how accurate the number that was displayed. The main reason I obtained this unit was this product displayed the plethograph waveform, and as a bonus the data is stored on my phone. As a Critical Care instructor I recommend this item for anyone able to analyze the waveform.
