However, for the past ~2 years my sleep data has been inaccurate and incomplete within the app. The breakdown of time doesn’t match my Health app data and weekly, monthly and yearly views do not show more than one or two days worth of data no matter what, making it impossible to see averages, etc. I’ve been patiently waiting for one of the updates to fix the issue but am disappointed to see it never seems to be addressed. It’s simple, clean, and you can organize the configurations in any way you choose. I think ten dollars to try the premium for a year is perfectly fair and reasonable, after all the watch itself isn’t cheap right? But this morning I went on the app to look at how long I slept last night and the sleep data option is just completely missing :( I don’t know if they did away with it or I’m missing something but for an app that I hold so highly, I’m disappointed that I can’t find it anywhere. Every time you open the app there’s a full page ad - at least one, often two. I get an offer of a discounted rate but when I try and purchase i and prompted to subscribe at the full price of 60 odd pounds a year which is way too expensive for the HealthView app. ### 1/5 — Thievery *2025-11-30, version 3.10.0* I once was a big fan of this app — in fact, all the apps from this developer. Then they got greedy. Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them. Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Other apps come close but always miss one or two metrics, or report 0 for it (like calories burned) - this one seems to reflect everything all the time. It will also use the step/movement data from my other Hybrid Smart Watches from Casio. Und zwar habe ich die App in der Cyber-Week zum angebotenen Superpreis von €6,99 erworben. Leider wurde mir aber der „normale“ Preis von €69,90 in voller Höhe abgebucht. Zuerst dachte ich an ein Versehen und bat den Support um Stornierung und Klärung. Keine Reaktion. Später forderte ich den Gesamtbetrag mit Fristseztung zurück. Bis heute keinerlei Reaktion. Jetzt mache ich es mal öffentlich. Und falls wieder keine Reaktion und Klärung erfolgt, werde ich mir weitere Schritte überlegen. Unterm Strich sind €70 jährlich in meinen Augen viel zu viel für eine App, die abgesehen von einer anderen Ansicht nichts mehr kann, als die kostenlose Health-App von Appel.
