Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. I regard as SPAM, much like dubious websites keep sending you emails to buy to sign up non-stop. Why waste users’ time to check messages every time only to see is about Sleep? Keep nagging to get enough sleep, like a broken record. Is there an option to turn off msgs on SLEEP? Also, is there an option to customise name appearing in APP homepage, I want to set to Hi, Sleep Enough. ### 1/5 — From LumiHealth fan to frustrated Healthy 365 user *2026-03-31, version 7.5.0* LumiHealth had far more accurate tracking and smoother Apple Watch integration, so being forced to switch from LumiHealth to Healthy 365 feels like a clear downgrade in both reliability and user experience. If HPB wants people to stay motivated to exercise, they really need to fix the syncing issues and the poorly designed interface. I’m a very active person and it’s really disappointing to see how poor Healthy 365’s tracking is. I spent an entire month training and testing the Healthy 365 app, yet it still shows that I did not hit 10,000 steps daily. This is extremely demotivating when you know you have already put in the effort but the app refuses to recognise it. ### 3/5 — Syncing data issues *2026-03-18, version 7.4.1* Only been using this app for a few weeks. I like the app but I have found that syncing is problematic. Sometimes I just can not get it to sync. ### 1/5 — Sleep feature not sync *2025-10-12, version 7.2.1* Everyday there’s issue with sleep synchronization. My tracker shows I slept for 8Hrs but the app only shows 2hrs. This has not been working for more than a year. Pls fix it. ### 5/5 — Go for it! *2025-10-11, version 7.2.1* Very friendly and interactive programme. ### 2/5 — App not syncing *2025-06-25, version 7.1.1* The troubleshooting is very bad - app has suddenly failed to sync with my tracker for one day because “something went wrong” and now it is lagging one full day - syncing today’s record to yesterday’s date?! I have written in for help. They responded quickly with general fixes (which I had already tried and didn’t work). The support team then wrote back to say they will send my enquiry to another team and will need up to 15 working days to respond?! I asked what do I do in the meantime? Silence.. no reply… this sudden failure to sync has happened twice in the last 12 months. ### 1/5 — No sincerity at all *2025-03-17, version 7.0.1* The app is supposed to encourage people to exercise consistently and regularly. They give you points to encourage you to walk more steps and for a certain amount of time. And the points can be redeemed. But they kept reducing the points as if telling you to exercise less because they want to cut down the incentives (cost cutting more important than your health). You've read so many negative feedbacks but not a single response from the developer. "Take what I throw to you or leave it" kind of mentality. If we really need this app to stay healthy then I suppose clinics and hospitals will be more crowded than ever! Update: And lately they continue to snook you by twitching the MVPA Milestone to weekly basis thereby cheating you of 40 healthpoints per week. ### 1/5 — Really bad *2025-02-14, version 6.41.3* Absolute joke. Sleep tracker doesn’t work! ### 3/5 — FIX IT PLEASE *2024-12-21, version 6.41.1* I sync with my Apple Watch but after I got 120 hearts it’s not increasing anymore. What kind of bug is this? Every day I achieve the challenges but never get recorded. ### 2/5 — Very slow, lacking features *2024-12-12, version 6.41.1* Such as the ability to favourite venues or specific classes. Map features doesn’t auto geolocate me, and is very slow.
