I placed my order mainly for Turkey Berry, after receiving an in-app notification that it was available, and the minimum order value was ₹399. However, on the day of delivery, I was informed that Turkey Berry was not available. The rest of the items delivered were of very poor quality, literally like leftover vegetables from the end of a market day. Despite this, I have still not received a refund for my primary item. This shows a serious lack of inventory control, quality checks, and customer service. App is completely unsatisfactory. It is extremely slow, things that you add to the cart, shows added there but doesn’t actually get added, due to this item delivery gets missed. Another issue is that even after order is placed, it doesn’t clear the cart.
