### 5/5 — Finally a holistic calorie and fitness tracker that works with you!

I found Healthy Buddy through some friend’s instagram story and gave it a try. It’s an absolute game changer! I got the premium version and I couldn’t go back! I feel like all the best features of other fitness apps have been combined into the perfect place to track your calories EASILY (thank goodness), fasting, workouts, and mental health. In the first week of using it I lost 6 lbs by just being consistent and tracking my calories. The app helps you staying consistent with notifications and reminders that are gentle and friendly like a buddy helping you out.  The app takes a holistic approach to health that’s very much needed today. I’m glad I found this app and can’t wait for the results I’ll be able to achieve!
