Was told I could cancel anytime. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2018-01-05* This app stated it was free. I am student attempting to get myself back to a fit & healthy state. Without using lots of money. I used my finger print in order to finalise the free week however it then confirmed after that it would begin to charge my account after this week. I would not usually be too fussed, however this iTunes is a family sharing which means it’s going to be a faff to stop this transaction. It’s not even easy to stop the ‘membership’ on the app. So annoyed!!! Do not download!! ### 1/5 — Doesn't even work *2018-01-03* Got past the 2nd step of setting up, no matter how many times I try the 3rd step never loads and I could never get to use the app at all ### 1/5 — Nope. *2017-11-21* They get you to sign up but you don’t even get to try the app out without signing up for the trial which is $9.99 a month. I’d at least like to see a recipe or two before I sign up for the monthly payments. Deleted the app ### 1/5 — Most everything is locked *2017-05-12* Gave 7 recipes that you could read spread out among 6x as many "locked" recipes that you have to pay for. Before I could even see this, the app asked for money. I deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2017-02-26* Disappointed with this app, keeps crashing, $14 per month and you cannot change the meal plan it's pre set. It's not that we want to cause you distress and upset you by charging you - it's just that we put a lot of work into this app, we also update it weekly with new meal plans. If you need something free, there are lots of resources online for following a healthy clean eating plan that are no charge. We mention all of this in the appstore description that you can view before you download the app. Please consider changing your review as it's not valid because we are completely transparent about this upfront before you even get the app. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Information Burglar *2019-07-09* This app wants you email and your name, weight and age *BEFORE* you pay for this app. You *HAVE* to pay for it to access recipes, deleting this app right now. Unbelievable and then when you go to customer support she gives you an auto message and says contact me but how can I??? **Developer response:** Hello. You are only charged if you decide you find value in the app. If not, we give you open opportunity to cancel in your Appstore Settings and not be charged a dime. We Made a healthy dinner last night and we are going through the APP trying to find something tasty for dinner tonight! I really really love the option to put everything that consists of the meal on the grocery list for you. That made yesterday’s healthy meal easier too shop for. Plan is good & grocery list is super helpful. ### 5/5 — Great App, Easy to Start *2017-05-19* Going out and ordering food was getting too expensive and I always felt so unhealthy after eating. This app is a great jump start to planning for and eating healthy, even for a picky eater like me. I love that I can replace recipes to accommodate any mood or occasion - it really helps me stick to my plan without compromising my lifestyle. One more thing, the chat support is real! I thought it'd be a robot but 'Kelly' was a real person :) I wanted to change the serving size (which turned out to be so easy, duh) and Kelly was great. Highly recommended. ### 5/5 — Great 😃 *2017-04-04* Love this app ### 2/5 — Misleading or Not *2018-12-09* Some people have said the app is “ misleading” but it does say at the top next to the ‘get’ button, in app purchases which means there will be something/things that you can choose to buy or have to buy. However I also agree because once you have the app, if you have to pay to use it, they should’ve made it clear instead of putting a ‘get’ button when you have to pay for it inside the app. **Developer response:** Hi xoGabixx - Just to be clear, you do NOT have to pay to use this app. We give you a free week when you subscribe. If you don't want it - simply cancel before the free week is over to avoid being charged. However once you've signed up, put in your name, email etc, you can't actually access very much within the app as most of the recipes are locked. As soon as you enter, upon signing up, you are taken to a page offering one week's free trial and thereafter £9.99!! This is misleading.
