⑩After cooking foods to maintain healthy eating standards for a while,☣ I became very bored from what I was eating.< Then I stumbled over an article Kevin Curry wrote at a fitness website=. Clicked a couple of links and found FitMenCook⑨. Tons of recipes and it’s really piqued my interest in cooking again☣. Then learned about the app[. One of the best and easiest apps to navigate.& Every recipe I’ve followed from the app has never disappointed,. It’s great and definitely a must-➨have for those who like to cook or even just learning how to.➤&

ⅨI stumbled upon the fit men cook YouTube page a while back but didn’t think I would use the app.\ I was wrong‧! This app has every feature you would want including changing the portion sizes,⑩ creating a shopping list etc.{ also all the recipes and videos are right there organized perfectly‵. &Incredibly easy!_/ Fix meatloaf just like you would for oven n put in pressure safe dish;. I used a throw away aluminum pan♨. Instead of bread crumbs I used bread pinched into small pieces.️ For potatoes I used beef broth*. So good.‥⑩

I have the book,☣ I downloaded the app and was blown away by what I can do in the app for such a low price.☭ Going to transition from using the book with literal pages falling out to the app so I can track macros and calories more consistently.∞ Looking forward to using this tool frequently.‥️
