## What is Healthy Generation?

SCS – Healthy Generation Proposal

SCS is a multilingual menstrual cycle tracking application based on the research proposal developed by Osman Yıldız.

The application allows users to record the date and exact time of menstrual period onset and explore personalised calculations based on their recorded cycle history.

Key Features

• Record menstrual period start dates and times.

• View previous records and cycle intervals in hours.

• Explore personalised SCS time-window estimates.

• Receive reminders and notifications.

• Access the application in your own language.

• Sign in using Apple or Google.

Important Information

SCS presents a research-based proposal concerning menstrual cycle timing and reproductive health. The proposed relationship between fertilisation timing and birth outcomes has not been established by clinical evidence.

SCS is intended for informational and research purposes only. It is not a medically validated contraceptive method and must not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy or determine safe days for unprotected intercourse.

Calculations are estimates and may vary between individuals. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or contraceptive advice.
