Healthy Hearties is a supportive programme and community designed to help you feel safe and confident exercising again after a heart attack, stent, or heart surgery (bypass or valve surgery). Through guided workouts, easy-to-follow education and expert reassurance, you’ll rebuild confidence in your body and learn exactly what’s safe - so you can move forward without fear.

You'll have access to both live and saved workouts, exercises to follow at the gym, as well as regular check ins with Angela, your Heart Health Expert!

Easy to follow nutrition guidance to help look after your heart, reduce your risk and build healthy habits for life!

You'll be joining the friendliest heart community in the world where you can chat with others who have been through a similar experience.
