It’s really fun to play and is one of those very few apps that doesn’t bombard you with ads. It has a nice and steady pace; I don’t feel like I have to buy coins in order to speed things up so I can enjoy it. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because I really wish they had a mode where you could play for infinity. Every time I get in a groove and am really enjoying the game the challenge ends and it stops me. It would be really cool if there was an option like a mini game where you could just keep going. Once you’ve bought everything in the store, it still gets to hard to progress to the next level. I use it on my IPad and I have to almost smash the screen to get anything to respond on this game and it’s not an IPad problem. I’ve spent a bunch of money to little benefit. It is made for younger gamers than me. I’m not going to play unless they improve the game. Too bad as I liked it ### 4/5 — Super fun, but… *2023-02-14, version 1.0.9* First off, I love this game and it’s so fun! I’m caught up to the current levels and am just playing endless mode trying to continue upgrading the hospitals. Problem is, endless mode seems to not give you full rewards. The rewards summary will show that I’m supposed to get over 1000 coins but the total will say less than 300, making it difficult to keep up with upgrading the hospital to keep up with the progressing difficulty of endless mode. Then you ruined it with your last upgrade. There is nothing special about your game anymore. It is now just as aggravating and disappointing as the other hospital games. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2023-01-29, version 1.0.7* If you purchase diamonds/gems after the purchase is deducted from your apple account, the diamonds/gems are not added to your account. I thought something was wrong or a glitch, I made three purchases in row hoping the purchases would go through, nothing credited after a week. I challenged the purchase with Apple and they would not reimburse. If I had made the purchase on a credit card, I could challenge with my credit card company but unfortunately it was through an Apple gift card and I am now out of money with nothing to show. This constitutes fraud and a crime because they will steal your money. Stay as far away from this game as possible unless you want to be taken advantage of. I wish an attorney would take up a class action suit against this criminal enterprise. ### 1/5 — Help *2023-01-20, version 1.0.6* I was playing the game level 45 and i had 2 of the boosters and even paid 50 diamonds for extra time. I was on my last patient in the bpm chair, and the game stuck. so not only did I loose my boosters I paid for diamonds and I lost those .. It’s just hard enough to make you work for it. I can’t wait until they add more levels. This game can easily be played without spending money, but there are options you can buy. If I had one recommendation, it would be to allow us to replay previous levels to do better (versus the current replay).
