## What is Healthy Lifestyle SD?

This app is for the HealthyLivingSD National Diabetes Prevention Program participants. The app also integrates with Healthkit to get information about weight and activity. If you are using the LiveYourBest  online platform, please download this app after receiving your email registration invitation.

The app now tracks the Lesson PDF's that have been read, which allows coaches to better monitor their student's progress.
