## What is Healthy?

Healthy is for people who want a focused, data-first view of the health data they already have. It reads Apple Health and puts the whole day on one screen: recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, training load, weight and body fat.

Everything is built around three things — the numbers that matter to you, a coach that runs locally on your phone, and goals you set in your own terms. No subscription, no locked metrics.

Fuel tracks energy the honest way — eaten, burned, net, target — with a protein floor and a fat ceiling instead of a single number to obsess over. Log a meal in two taps from your common foods, or just tell the coach what you ate and it does the math. Everything you log is written back to Apple Health.

The coach is optional and runs entirely on your phone. Download Gemma 3 4B once (2.7 GB) and it works offline — no account, no API key, and none of your health data leaves the device.

Set weekly goals in your own terms — strength sessions, zone 2 minutes, a daily deficit, a protein floor — and get a short morning brief written from your own numbers, not from averages.
