I dont k ow how this app has a high rating. Every time I go to change my medical plan it brings me to dental instead.  It won’t let me change insurance companies at all only dental.  When I put in the information for location and city a provider is an error message comes up. I checked my app is updated to the latest version of the app.

This app is extremely simple and easy to navigate. It’s definitely not overly complicated. I can get to my insurance info or my child’s info with just 1 button. This is so much easier than having to wait in line at a government office for hours. Certainly much less stressful than having to be on a phone call with someone for hours.
