It was very hard to navigate as it kept switching hung back to tell me to unenroll. There is no way to exit out of it. Tapping all over my screen does nothing. No close pop up button. I would LOVE to change my info through there, as they are asking, but they have made it impossible. I could wait the 3 months to use the app, I suppose, but it’s useless as of now and I will just call them and get my issues and questions resolved in a timely fashion.
